Nazbyrus Return Policy
Returns
We have an 18-day return policy. You have 18 days from the date your item has shipped to request a return through our website. Returns will only be accepted if the clothing item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please Note:
- No returns on accessories (hats, make-up pouches, etc.)
- No exchanges
Store Credit
Customers have 30 days to request a return for store credit.
International Returns
International orders can be returned, but any shipping costs or duties/taxes from the return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
Returns can be processed on our website via our partner, Loop. If your return is accepted, Loop will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited-release items, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
